Our Services
Frontiers Technologies provides Gen-AI & Agentic-AI solutions, ERP-SaaS implementation, web and mobile design and development, product engineering, and IT staff augmentation and consulting services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate signed proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Frontiers Technologies and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Ownership of custom deliverables created under a client engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to information, materials, and personnel reasonably required for us to deliver services, and to use our deliverables in compliance with applicable law. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect agreed timelines.
Payment Terms
Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are set out in the applicable service agreement or proposal. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled.
Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care in line with industry standards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontiers Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, using it solely for the purposes of that engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant service agreement. Website access may be suspended or terminated by us for violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, unless otherwise agreed in a specific service agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
